The Compliments and Complaints section on the system allows you to upload and store Compliments and Complaints you have received in PDF, DOC and JPG format, alternatively these can be copied and pasted into the system from emails etc you may have received, these Compliments and Complaints can be restricted so that only administrators can view them or access can be granted to specific parents so they can view them.
Parents can also add Compliments and Complaints directly on the system that require approval by you prior to appearing on the system.
Upload Compliments and Complaints in jpg (image), pdf (adobe) or doc (word) format.
You may copy and paste Compliments and Complaints directly from email or text document etc.
Compliments and Complaints are uploaded into specific folders to allow for easy organisation and management.
Each Compliment and Complaint can be assigned to the setting or a particular administrator on the system.
Decide if you want your uploaded Compliments and Complaints to be visible by none, all or selected parents when they login to your system.
Edit your Compliment or Complaint at any time and change the pdf, jpg or doc document related to it.
Each Compliment or Complaint can be viewed directly from the system without having to download the document.

Compliments and Complaints Overview
The Compliments and Complaints overview page shows you every Compliment or Complaint you have uploaded to your system along with their titles and descriptions, each Compliment and Complaint is placed into a specific folder for easy organisation and management and the Compliment or Complaint can be related to the setting or an individual administrator on the system, you can also decide if the document can be viewed by none, all or selected parents when they login to the system.
If any parents have added a Compliment or Complaint to the system, these will appear at the top of the section in a Pending folder, these will remain in this folder until read and approved by you.
Add a Compliment or Complaint
When uploading a Compliment or Complaint to your system simply select a title and description, if the document is related to the setting or an individual administrator on the system, select if the Compliment or Complaint has an expiry date, and select if the Compliment or Complaint can be viewed by parents when they login to the system.
For each Compliment or Complaint you upload you can decide which parents can see the Compliment or Complaint, therefore, the system allows you to upload confidential Compliments or Complaints specific to certain parents.
Finally click the browse button to locate the document on your PC to upload to your system.
